We may suspend/terminate your account for violations or misuse. You may stop using Services anytime. No refunds after termination. - Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, or service interruptions. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months before the claim. - Indemnification
